Dr. Ramjee Yadav is a visionary leader and an accomplished entrepreneur with a strong
commitment to social welfare. He is the founder of the Tribal Social Welfare Society (TSWS)
based
in Ranchi, dedicated to the upliftment of tribal communities in Jharkhand. As the founder and
CMD
of Eduall India Pvt. Ltd. and AB Construction Pvt. Ltd., he has successfully led businesses in
diverse sectors.He is also the founder of Maa Kalawati Hospital and Research Centre in Namkum, a
200-bed hi-tech hospital providing quality healthcare to the people of Ranchi and surrounding
areas.
His contributions to social welfare and the development of education in Jharkhand include the
establishment of a UGC-recognized private university, further cementing his impact in the
region.

Dr. Anuradha Palta

Dr. Anuradha Palta is a distinguished psychologist, mental health specialist, and
academic leader with over a decade of expertise in research, interdisciplinary
collaboration, and academic publishing. She holds a Doctorate and a Master’s degree
in Psychology, with professional expertise in guidance counseling, student
rehabilitation, and health promotion through Yoga and Ayurveda.
As the Director of Incubation at YBN University, Dr. Palta spearheads
interdisciplinary research initiatives, mentors faculty and students in research
methodologies and project development, and ensures the integrity of academic
publishing. She plays a pivotal role in overseeing the editorial process, managing
peer review systems, and upholding ethical publishing standards.
With a strong research portfolio, Dr. Palta has published over ten peer-reviewed
journal articles and contributed to funded projects, including the WBPCB initiative.
She has presented at 22 national conferences and authored two book chapters in the
fields of skill development and transpersonal psychotherapy. Additionally, she has
written a book exploring the clinical perspective of meditation on quality of life and
holds a patent to her credit.
Her research interests encompass health psychology, social psychology, spiritual
psychology, and genomics. Through her leadership, she fosters academic excellence,
interdisciplinary collaboration, and innovation in research and publishing.

Dr Deep Shikha Datta is the Director of Research and Projects at Brainware University. She has
completed her Master's and Doctorate in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of
Technology, Durgapur, and has more than 19 years of teaching and administrative experience. Her
area of work includes the production of biopolymers, refining of petrochemicals, fabrication of
fiber
reinforced products from agro-waste, utilization of biowaste to develop value-added products,

membranes, marine waste utilization, sustainable packaging materials development, biodiesel

Dr. Ashish Sarkar

Dr. Ashish Kumar Sarkar is an accomplished academic and researcher with a Ph.D. in Pharmacy.
With over a decade of expertise in pharmaceutical sciences, He currently serves as the
Chairperson
of the Research and Development Wing at the School of Pharmacy, YBN University, Ranchi. Dr.
Sarkar has played a key role in academic governance as the Chairman of the NAAC Accreditation
Committee, focusing on student support and progression.
His extensive editorial experience
includes
board memberships with several prestigious journals,
such as the Journal of Clinical Trials and Research, Journal of Oncology Clinics and Research,
and

Dr Md Shahid is an Ex. Assistant Professor of Central University of Jharkhand from.

Professor on 09th September 2022 and continuing till date. He has completed his Master’s from
University of Pune in 2012 and Doctorate in Science (Chemistry) from the Birla Institute of
Technology, Mesra, Ranchi and has more than 7 Years teaching and administrative experience. His
area of Research Includes the Biomaterials (Ceramics, Polymer), Thin film coating, Surface

Dr. Shyam Deo Gond

Dr. Shyamdeo Gond is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at YBN University, with a rich
academic background in Library and Information Science. He holds a Ph.D. in the field from
Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Lucknow, and a Master's degree from Bundelkhand
University, Jhansi, U.P. With over 6 years of teaching experience, he has contributed
significantly
to
the field through both academic and practical perspectives. His extensive knowledge is
complemented by 5 years of hands-on experience in library operations and services. Dr. Gond is

Dr. Shammikesh Roy is an accomplished academician and legal expert with 10 years of teaching
experience in the field of Law. He holds a Ph.D. in Law from T.M.B.U. Bhagalpur and has
contributed significantly to legal education. Dr. Roy is currently serving as the Dean/Principal
of
the
School of Legal Studies at YBN University, Ranchi, and chairs the Legal Cell of the University.
He
has been recognized for his research contributions, receiving the Research Excellence Award in
2018, and has actively participated in over 25 National and International Conferences. His
extensive

Dr. Arvind Kumar is an accomplished financial expert, currently serving as the Chief Finance

Prof. (Dr.) A.K. Nayak has over 40 years of experience in teaching, research, training, and
administration in Computer Science, Information Technology, and Management. He is the former
Director and Professor of Computer Science & IT at the Indian Institute of Business Management,
Patna, and the former National President of the Computer Society of India. Currently, he serves as
the National Vice President of Shikshyak Kayan Foundation.
Prof. Nayak is a Fellow of several prestigious organizations, including the Computer Society of
India, Institute of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineers, and the International Society for
Research & Development (UK). He is actively involved in academic governance, having served on
boards and councils of over 40 universities. He has organized and participated in numerous national
and international conferences, seminars, and workshops, and has been a keynote speaker at several
events.
He has authored 162 research papers, 12 books, and 9 edited volumes, including Springer
publications. Prof. Nayak has been recognized with 68 national and international awards, including
the Dr. Abdul Kalam Gold Medal Award and two Lifetime Achievement Awards. He has also held
significant positions such as Expert Member in government bodies and served as a member of the
Bureau of Indian Standards, representing India at international organizations like ISO.
Prof. Nayak has also held leadership roles in various professional societies, including as
President,
Vice President, and Secretary of several committees within the Computer Society of India and
Indian Society for Technical Education. He is currently a life member of 22 professional and
technical societies.

Prof. R. K. Dey received his M.Sc. from Ravenshaw College Cuttack, Ph.D. from Utkal University
Bhubaneswar. He joined BIT Mesra as Asst. Professor. Later, he moved to Ravenshaw University as
Associate Professor and joined Central University of Jharkhand in 2012 as Professor. He held the
position of Dean, Registrar and Vice Chancellor (Acting) at Central University of Jharkhand. He has

Master of Science in Analytical Chemistry from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, India. He has
obtained his PhD from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, India. He is having, more than 15 Years
of teaching and administrative experiences. He has published over 100 articles in SCI/SCOPUS
Journals. His main area of research is Chromatography, Spectroscopy, Environmental Science, Food
additives, adsorption studies and water treatment. He act as a reviewer of more than 20 journals. Dr

Prof. (Dr.) Vibhuti Patel
(Prof. Visiting) Impact and Policy Research Institute, New-Delhi

Prof. Vibhuti Patel holds a Bachelor's and Master's in Economics from M.S. University, Baroda
(1975, 1977), and a PhD in Economics from the University of Mumbai (1988). She was awarded a
postdoctoral fellowship by the Commonwealth in 1992 for a visiting fellowship at The London
School of Economics.
With over 45 years of experience, Prof. Patel retired as a Professor at the Tata Institute of Social
Sciences (TISS), Mumbai, in 2020. She was also the Head of the Economics Department at SNDT
Women’s University, Mumbai, until her retirement in 2017. She served as Director of Post Graduate
Studies and Research at SNDT Women’s University from 2006 to 2012.
Prof. Patel has contributed to numerous expert committees, including those for IGNOU, the
Ministry of Science & Technology, and NCERT. She has also authored and co-authored several
books and research reports on women's studies, gender, and social justice, including Women’s
Challenges of the New Millennium (2002), Gendered Inequalities in Paid and Unpaid Work of
Women in India (2022), and various reports on human development.
Her research focuses on gender, human rights, development economics, and intersectionality,
particularly on issues where gender, human development, and social justice intersect. Prof. Patel
currently serves on the Governing Board of several organizations, including Women Power Connect
(Delhi), VACHA, and Population First (Mumbai).

Jabalpur, India. He has a Ph.D., from the University of Tokyo, Japan in the year 2018. Currently he
is working as a Research Associate at NTT Communication Science Laboratory NTT Corporation,
Japan. His research interest is Image, video and point cloud processing more specifically reward
based learning for different applications such as searching in a 3D real world by using hierarchical
reinforcement learning.

Prof. (Dr.) Sanjay Kumar Sinha
Professor & Head, Department of Physics, BIT Mesra, Ranchi, India.
Dr. Sanjay Kumar Sinha holds a Master's and Doctorate in Physics from Mumbai University and
has over 25 years of teaching and administrative experience. His research areas include Materials
Science, Surface Coating, and Material Characterization. Dr. Sinha has published over 100 articles
in SCI/SCOPUS journals and has worked on several funded projects, including those from the
Aeronautical Research & Development Board (AR&DB) and the Department of Science &
Technology (DST).
He is a reviewer for numerous prestigious journals, including Corrosion Science, Applied
Surface
Science, and Scientific Reports (Nature Publishing). Dr. Sinha has collaborated with various
national and international institutes, including the University of Padova, Italy, and the Indira

Dr. Kumari Laxmi Joshi

She has 10 years of teaching experience in the Central Hindi Department of Tribhuvan University. Her
areas of interest
include Hindi literature and rural development. She has supervised dozens of project works and
research
dissertations.
She has organized national and international conferences as well as training programs on social
education and
development. Several of her articles have been published in national and international literary
journals
in both Hindi
and Nepali languages. Her writings primarily focus on women empowerment and the challenging issues
faced
by the
societies of Nepal, India, and Asia.
Among her other accomplishments are translating poems and stories between Hindi and Nepali,
publishing
her book "Prem:
Shashwat Satya", and working on "Comparative Literature: An Analysis", which is yet to be published.
She holds a Master’s degree in Hindi and Rural Development from Tribhuvan University and an
M.Phil./Ph.D. from
Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Her M.Phil./Ph.D. research focused on Political
Consciousness in
Contemporary
Hindi and Nepali Women’s Novel Writing, and her research was supervised by Professor Devendra Kumar
Chaubey.

Dr. Farhath Sultana
TIcahn School of Medicine, New York. USA.
Dr. Farhath Sultana holds a PhD in immunology with a robust background in preclinical
pharmacology, immunology, aging, nanotechnology, and cellular and molecular biology. She
currently serves as an Instructor at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, where she
leads pioneering research on the impact of ACTH on bone remodeling and the role of FSH
monoclonal antibodies in various diseases including rheumatoid arthritis, Alzheimer's, and
osteoporosis. Dr. Sultana's career spans several prestigious institutions. At the University of
Minnesota, as a Post-Doctoral Fellow, she explored the genetic underpinnings of
osteopetrosis and the role of SNX10 in bone diseases, metabolic disorders, cancer, adipose
tissue distribution. During her tenure at the University of Colorado, she investigated
molecular mechanisms involving SNX10 and collaborated with clinicians on spinal cord
injury research. Her post-doctoral work at Ariel University, Israel focused on muscle
physiology, specifically specifically the role of ROS in glycogen metabolism. Earlier, at VIT
University in India, she developed innovative drug delivery systems targeting rheumatoid
arthritis via the use of liposomes which earned her significant recognition including the VIT
University Research Award.
